Based on the popular ‘Disco soup’ parties that have been popping up all over Europe, we are planning to tackle food waste by blending leftover fruits generously donated by Coventry market into delicious, healthy smoothies to the beat of awesome music.

Individual food waste in your home is something that can easily be reduced, especially as many fruits are still perfectly edible when thrown away.
